Lauren! I sent out a round of You Matter cards to some of my work team & it felt so warm! I found it so easy to leverage the cover message & tie it it to my handwritten thoughts.
Of course, this specific set of cards justified the purchase of a new red (glitter gel) pen, lol!!

One of my NY goals was to tell people more that they matter and they are appreciated. Several years ago I crossed paths with a phenomenal advisor, mentor and public speaker who realty has impacted my life in such a motivational way. It was after meeting her I began the practice of constant handwritten notes.
My mailbox is usually full of medical bills these days but to my surprise and with those bills was a great surprise package, a reminder and in handwritten…the most simple and profound words “you matter to me”
I have used these cards in the past and they are more impactful than you realize. I’ve used them on clients, colleagues, friends and family and even strangers who I knew just needed to hear the msg.
It takes very little time to change a complaint or negative thought to something as simple as telling someone Thank you! You matter! You matter most!
What a gift….can’t wait to get some of these out again. I left negativity, anything toxic or of little value to me in 2022 and am thrilled for the gift of helping spread the word and focus on this goal. YOU MATTER to Me, YOU MATTER MOST RIGHT NOW and my all time fav….”Thank you-you are appreciated!” Not a text, not an email but tangible and in your own hand writing you can make a difference. The world is not a kind place and it will take a village to go back and simplify the way we let others know we care and in some of the most celebratory or darkest times just hearing and reading the words can make a difference in that person and help their sunshine as not all days are bright!

I delivered the “You Matter To Me” cards to our Church Session and Minister. All were delighted to receive them.
It was immediately discussed who could we send them too on a regular basis. It was decided that they be send to anyone who did something extraordinary for the Church.
